COURTYARDS of CONCORDE LANDSCAPE COMMITTEE
The ‘Landscape Committee’ is a volunteer group of residents who have a passion for gardening and for the greenery around our residence. In 2023 we meet at about 10a.m. on Thursday at the big garden near the garage entrance.
In addition to specific responsibilities, we communicate recommendations for the maintenance and upkeep of our gardens and landscape to our Property Manager’s Office.
Courtyards employs the services of professional landscapers for many gardening tasks such as: lawn maintenance, weed control, tree maintenance, seasonal plantings along the driveways and footpaths.
At the height of the growing season, we contribute to basic maintenance (weeding!!!) of other areas as may be needed when the landscapers cannot attend to that area promptly.

We are fortunate to have residents’ gardens of our own to take care of which are:

the big flower garden adjacent to the garage entrance,
-
the flower garden with concrete walls beside the lower driveway
-
the flower garden adjacent the pool area
