Our community is changing.

Provincial and Municipal policies and objectives have been enacted to increase the supply of housing and add density in the city, especially in the vicinity of accessible public transit.  The neighbourhoods along the Eglinton Crosstown (link) and Ontario Line (link) have become key locations for owners and developers to submit proposals for redevelopment that support these objectives and policies.

This page is a guide to information about approved and proposed developments and any initiatives by resident groups that you can support to make our voices heard by the authorities.  Click on the yellow banners to learn more.
